ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the work of Electrical Engineers with the balance of a multi‑discipline team throughout the entire project's developmentEstablish client relations and participate in the marketing, design and production meetings regarding electrical systemsAssume the electrical lead on many projectsParticipate in reviews with governing agencies for code complianceConduct schematic, design development and contract document work sessions at the project site in conjunction with the Project Manager, Project Architect and other disciplinesCoordinate workload through the entire project development to complete documents on scheduleTrack the financial aspects of projects and adjust the work effort with the team to ensure completion within the agreed‑upon scheduleWork with the Project Manager and Regional Controller for project reviews with corporate management as neededDirect the activities of other electrical engineering professionals and act as a mentor to other staff members as neededReview electrical documents for areas of conflict with all disciplinesWrite and edit electrical specifications; select equipment, electrical systems and devicesCoordinate with and assist affected disciplines with addenda, RFIs and change orders, incorporating agreed‑upon changes into the project documentsProduce and coordinate several projects concurrentlyProvide construction contract administration as neededConduct QA/QC on the work of other Electrical Project Engineers,
