Hickman Automotive Groupis looking for a permanent full-timeService Receptionist/Cashierto join our team atHickman Chevrolet Cadillac.If you are an energetic, sales driven and motivated individual with a positive attitude, a dedication to providing exceptional customer service and a desire to succeed, we would love to have you.

The Service Receptionist/Cashiers responsibility is to satisfy customers by providing exceptional customer service and expediting the repair and service of their vehicles within an expected length of time and at an expected cost. This position does not require automotive experience.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically meet and greet all customers promptly, in a friendly and professional manner.


• Assist service customers by telephone or in-person.


• Answer and transfer incoming service calls, handling customer inquiries in a timely manner.


• Deliver voicemails from batch line to appropriate personnel.


• Receive payments for RO’s.


• Assist in maintaining service drive-thru displays and marketing materials.


• Assist with service administrative duties, as required.


• Other duties, as required.

Qualifications

Automotive experience not required

Exceptional commitment to customer service.

Knowledge of MS Office, including Word and Excel.

High school diploma.

Above-average time management and organizational skills.

Solid work ethic.

Excellent interpersonal, telephone and communication skills.

Requires accuracy, attention to detail, and clear communication.

Possess a valid NL drivers License and have maintained a clean drivers abstract.
