As you care for others, CBI Home Health will care for you by providing the equipment, training and resources that you need to feel confident every day.What You Will DoThis position is working with Adults (18+ years old)Ensure Quality Clinical Service for Clients, Caregivers and AgenciesAccountable for initial intake of new clients with a focus on assessing behaviour, risks to the client and employees, and determining appropriate program and staffing needsCollaborate with other professionals as needed (Speech Language, Pathologies, Occupational Therapist, Psychologists, Family Doctor, etc.)In-person supervision of clinical team across contracts (various locations)Maintain positive working relationships with caregivers and funding agency; respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely and professional mannerAssist supervising BCBA in completion of treatment plans and reports (assessment results, treatment plan, discharge summary,
etc.)Maintain confidentiality and security of client-related and organizational information at all timesMaintain highly organized, consistent, thorough, and systematic recordkeepingWrite clear, professional, objective, and accurate documentation in client recordsAccept and implement feedback promptlyEnsure services are delivered in accordance with best practice and that clients meet and exceed their goalsConduct regular quality assurance auditsReview and sign off on incident reports for accuracy; follow up on critical escalations; develop action plans ina timely mannerDeliver service metrics (intakes, visits, program outcomes, client engagement, clinician efficiency targets) that meet or exceed expectationsEnsure compliance with contractual/partnership agreements and performanceSubmit all funding documents accurately and by set deadlinesEnsure all recent staff complete orientationDevelop new business and execute new service offeringsCreate a high-performance culture with effective hiring, onboarding,
performance management and coachingProvide regular formal and informal feedback to support staff growthOversee probation and annual performance development plans and reviewsEnsure mandatory and annual training requirements are completed and gaps addressedHealth and safety compliance as per Occupational Health and Safety ActRequired QualificationsCompleted Master’s degree in Behaviour Analysis (programs that meet BCBA® certification requirements)3-5 years supervisory or management experienceCurrent Standard CPR and First Aid CertificateClear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screen within the last 6 monthsAbility to travel; must have own car and valid licenseStrong verbal and written English communication skillsMeets supervision requirements from the BACB®Must be willing to work with Supported AdultsExperience with Severe Challenging behaviour, Dual Diagnosis, aging population; related coursework or training is an assetStrong knowledge of CYFSA, QAM and relevant regulationsExperience with clients who have dual-diagnosis and severe challenging behaviour (e.G., in residential, hospital, or school settings)Recruitment Technology DisclosureWe use technology and automation to support administrative aspects of our recruitment process.
