Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario is seeking a Technical Trainer to lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of instructor training programs in line with CSIA, CASI, PSIC, and resort standards. You will coordinate seasonal training plans, onboarding, and orientation with Snow School leadership; mentor instructors with on-hill support and certification prep; ensure daily and seasonal training schedules meet labour goals and budget.
