Mazda Canada is in search of a Technical Training Instructor to deliver technical training and support retail partner technicians. This hybrid position involves conducting engaging classroom and online training sessions while collaborating closely with the Manager of Instructional Design. Key responsibilities include facilitating, preparing, and updating training materials, as well as managing course evaluations and attendance records.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct engaging technical training sessions for retail partners • Communicate training schedules on One.Mazda and MGSS • Develop and post updates for PDI sheets on MGSS • Assist in organizing the MazTech Service Skills Competition • Review and provide feedback on new eLearning courses

Requirements: • Robust background in technical training and instruction • Experience in the automotive industry preferred • Effective communication skills in English/French • Familiarity with MGSS and M-MDS systems • Willingness to travel for training purposes
