Responsibilities

- Operate tow trucks safely to recover, transport, and deliver vehicles in various conditions.
- Assist customers with vehicle recovery, providing professional and courteous service.
- Conduct routine inspections of the tow truck to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with vehicles or equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all towing activities and vehicle details.
- Coordinate with dispatch to prioritize jobs and ensure timely service delivery.
- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws during operations to prevent accidents or injuries.

Requirements

- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle repair and maintenance is preferred.




- Experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills to handle interactions professionally and courteously.
- Ability to perform automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary.
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus.
- Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and adherence to traffic regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays if required.
