Your role involves collaborating with leaders to assess learning needs, developing employee training programs, and leading effective recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify team and individual learning needs with leaders
• Design and evaluate employee training programs
• Support leadership and career development initiatives




• Monitor learning trends to recommend best practices
• Compile assessment data to evaluate program effectiveness
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years in a human resources role
• Experience in high-volume recruitment and onboarding
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies
• Familiarity with LMS or HRIS systems is an asset
