Join our team as a Technical Lead responsible for delivering platform architecture and hands-on solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and will be instrumental in architecting and governing multi-instance, multi-brand environments. You will work closely with cross-brand engineering teams to ensure consistent and scalable patterns, contributing to a fully connected commerce ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience.
- Hands-on development on a live, scaled production platform.
- Deep expertise in cartridge architecture, SCAPIOCAPI design, and performance tuning.
- Ability to make and own technical decisions end-to-end.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce OMS architecture.
- Knowledge of order routing logic and fulfillment workflows.
- Familiarity with integration design between OMS and SFCC storefronts.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Deliver platform architecture solutions with hands-on involvement.
- Architect and govern multi-instance, multi-brand SFCC environments.
- Define shared vs. brand-specific code boundaries and establish cartridge inheritance strategies.
- Standardize CICD and deployment pipelines.
- Guide cross-brand engineering teams toward consistent, scalable patterns.
