In this role, you will travel to clients' homes to provide high‐quality personal care and support that empowers individuals to live safely and independently in their own environment. You will assist clients with daily living activities—including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, toileting, medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, and emotional support. feeding (including special diets), oxygen administration, and medication reminders.Execute specialized, client‐specific procedures that demonstrate recognized training and competence.Observe and document client conditions per company standards, reporting unusual events or changes to the supervisor or office.Apply infection prevention practices appropriately.Engage in ongoing internal or external continuing education activities.Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the company's Quality Management System.Engage in proactive Health & Safety activities, notifying supervisors of any risks or concerns.Maintain confidentiality of client and corporate information, discussing only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.Complete additional requested tasks as needed.Job QualificationsOur "exemplary standing" with Accreditation Canada underscores our commitment to the highest standards of patient care and hiring practices.
