maintenance and related reportingReview and process daily timecards and report absencesSupport Personnel Coordinator with onboarding processes and employe communicationComplete daily online reporting using app-based programsPerform other duties as assigned to support the successful completion of projectsRequirements and QualificationsTwo years of related experienceKnowledge or project management processes, including flowcharts and technical documentationStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and solid self-disciplineAbility to complete online orientations and digital training requirements as neededProficient in MS Office and Adobe AcrobatValid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract and access to reliable transportationLocationBC Interior - project locations are currently within the Kamloops/Thompson area.
