At Northwood, we are seeking a passionate Fitness Consultant to join our innovative team. You will work closely with seniors, particularly those with dementia, by designing tailored exercise programs that enhance well-being. Engage in meaningful interactions while performing key administrative tasks and teaching fitness classes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete orientations with recent clients
• Design tailored exercise programs for clients’ needs
• Instruct engaging fitness classes for diverse levels




• Perform administrative duties including tracking members
• Participate in membership recruitment and answering inquiries
Requirements:
• Nationally recognized Fitness Certification required
• Experience with at-risk elderly populations preferred
• Knowledge in Health and Fitness essential
• Must handle lifts and transfers up to 50lbs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
