Job Summary

Tim Hortons is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team full-time! As a Team Member, you’ll provide excellent service, prepare quality food and beverages, and help create a warm and inviting environment for every guest.

Key Responsibilities





- Customer Service: Greet guests with a friendly attitude, take orders, and ensure a positive experience for all.
- Food & Beverage Preparation: Prepare food and beverages accurately, following Tim Hortons’ quality standards.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and manage cash, credit, and debit payments.
- Cleanliness & Organization: Keep dining areas, kitchen, and service counters clean and organized.
- Stocking & Inventory: Replenish supplies and ensure all products are fresh and available.
- Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with team members to provide a smooth, efficient service.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a secure environment.

Qualifications

- Availability: Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Reliability: Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent service.
- Team Player: Works well in a fast-paced environment and supports team goals.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and handle repetitive tasks.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is an asset but not required.
