In this full time, permanent role, you'll act as a trusted HR partner, contributing to both employee engagement and compliance with relevant regulations. You will handle recruitment processes efficiently while also supporting performance management and facilitating the onboarding of new hires.

Collaborating with management and addressing workplace issues, you will help build a progressive HR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee full-cycle high-volume recruitment and onboarding
- Address employee relations and enforce HR policies




- Comply with employment standards and health regulations

Requirements:

- Experience in HR, preferably five years in Canada
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
