As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will evaluate nursing care in accordance with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC guidelines. Collaborating with the care team, your responsibilities include monitoring resident safety, performing essential nursing procedures, and administering medications as needed.

The role emphasizes both individual care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and plan care for residents effectively
- Perform nursing tasks including colostomy care and medication administration




- Transcribe and process Doctors’ orders accurately
- Evaluate and document resident outcomes and changes
- Assist residents with personal care and daily activities

Requirements:

- Graduate of a recognized Practical Nursing Program
- Current BC Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Minimum two years’ experience with older adults
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time and organize work efficiently
