By centralizing and delivery of our client data as a product, we provide transparent roadmaps while using a standardized, consistent & predictable in engineering practices.About the RoleYou will be responsible for supporting advanced analytics initiatives and data integration. Interact with Business Owners, Product Owners, Business Data Analysts, and Application Developers, to design, build and manage large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines utilizing various data analytic frameworks. The position requires a strong technical hands‑on‑skilled engineer. A successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical, design, programming, and debugging skills in a large-scale analytics solution.ResponsibilitiesManaging application and data integration platforms using AWS Cloud componentsDesigning and building robust data pipelines using modern data engineering practices in a cloud‑native architecturePartnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and support the full lifecycle of development, reporting,



and integration projects — from planning and design through testing and rollout — following Agile standardsEnsuring data availability and enablement for business reporting and analytics within established SLAsCreating and maintaining architecture documentation, data models, and design artifactsDeveloping and maintaining production‑grade code and automation to evolve data‑driven, analytical capabilities — with a focus on understanding customer behavior and competitive dynamicsIdentifying and implementing innovative solutions and best practices to improve operational efficiency and pipeline reliabilityCommunicating across business areas to formulate technical requirements for data ingestion, validation, scheduling, and deliveryRequirements5–7 years of experience working in AWS, including services such as S3, RDS, Lambda, Glue, SNS, and related components3–5 years of experience designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines using Apache AirflowStrong understanding of ETL/ELT patterns, with solid expertise in SQL and query performance optimization3–5 years of experience working with SnowflakeStrong programming skills in Python for data processing, automation, and pipeline developmentExperience with source control and collaboration tools (e.G., GitHub, Bitbucket) and CI/CD practices for automated deployment of data and analytics workloads1–2 years of experience integrating AI‑driven tools or services (e.G., AWS AI services, Snowflake Cortex Code, LLM‑enabled applications, or analytics platforms)
