The successful candidate will oversee all core HR functions while helping foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.Key ResponsibilitiesLead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning initiativesSupport employee relations, performance management, and retention strategiesDevelop, maintain, and interpret HR policies and proceduresEnsure compliance with employment legislation, workplace standards, and health & safety requirementsSupport compensation, benefits administration, attendance management, WSIB, LTD, and return-to-work programsPartner with managers and supervisors to provide coaching and HR guidanceCoordinate training initiatives,
