Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee all aquatic program operations ensuring efficiency • Manage swim lesson schedules and instructor protocols • Update members on program availability and registrations • Recruit and onboard swim instructors and volunteers • Champion YMCA child safeguarding and certification standards

Requirements: • High School Diploma; post-secondary education preferred • 3-5 years in aquatic programming across age groups • 1-3 years supervisory experience in aquatics or recreation • Current Lifeguard and Swim Instructor certifications • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
