Introduction

We are seeking an experienced consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and administration of the OpenText Archiving solution integrated with SAP. The consultant will be responsible for system setup, performance tuning, batch scheduling, technical validation, audit readiness, and execution of SAP data archiving activities.

- Security Roles, Authorizations & Audit Readiness
- SAP Data Archiving Execution & Technical Validation
- Experience with OpenText Archiving and SAP
- Prior work experience in the Industrial Products Industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- SAP Basis Administration
- OpenText Extended ECM / Document Management
- Experience in Industrial Products Industry




- OpenText and/or SAP certifications are preferred

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Provide support for OpenText archiving system setup, configuration, and administration.
- Install and configure OpenText archiving components.
- Configure SAP OpenText Archiving Connectors.
- Configure storage repositories and retention rules.
- Perform performance tuning and optimize batch scheduling.
- Conduct technical validations and support audit readiness activities.
- Implement security roles and user authorizations.
- Execute and monitor SAP archiving runs.
- Troubleshoot archiving issues and provide technical support.
- Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.
