Phoenix Youth Programs is seeking an Overnight Youth Worker for its emergency shelter in Halifax, NS. You will deliver youth-centered programming, supervise daily shelter activities, prepare meals, conduct intakes and maintain a therapeutic milieu for residents aged 16–24.

The role requires crisis intervention skills, a cooperative approach and the ability to lift light loads. The position is on-site with day, evening and overnight shifts and offers a comprehensive benefits package and
