This position is intentionally targeted to experienced contractor-side professionals—such as Project Engineers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, or early-career Superintendents—who are ready to broaden their responsibility and gain owner-side delivery experience.What You’ll Be DoingActing as the Owner’s representative for defined construction scopes or site areasCoordinating contractors,



inspectors, and internal technical teamsSupporting construction sequencing, site logistics, and constructability planningReviewing RFIs, shop drawings, and field changesMonitoring schedule, cost, quality, and safety performanceSupporting progress reporting, issue tracking, and meeting coordinationAssisting with commissioning, turnover, and project closeout activitiesThis is a hands-on, field-engaged role with regular site presence.
