YMCA Nova ScotiaWorks is hiring a Job Developer to match job seekers with employment opportunities through research, outreach, and employer engagement. You will advocate for clients, pre-screen candidates, and coordinate wraparound supports. Reporting to the Manager, you will identify growth sectors, market candidates, and facilitate onboarding, while staying current with training and certification requirements. This is a full‑time role based in Halifax/Cole Harbour.
