You’ll focus on designing, maintaining, and improving Homebase’s AWS-based infrastructure and internal developer experience. and smarter.These are the key ways you'll contribute and create impact in this role:Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and developer tooling that empower Homebase engineers to deliver exceptional software.Lead improvements to internal developer tools that streamline workflows and reduce friction in the software lifecycle.Drive the optimization of our AWS infrastructure for reliability, scalability, and performance.Influence infrastructure architecture decisions by evaluating and implementing emerging cloud technologies and best practices.Serve as a point of contact for infrastructure needs and on-call rotations, helping teams resolve questions and incidents.Mentor junior engineers and collaborate across engineering teams to accelerate impact.Experiment with AI-powered observability, automation, and workflow retooling to continuously improve developer velocity.
