Energy Modeling Lead — Buildings / MEP EngineeringA respected consulting engineering organization with a strong presence across Southwestern Ontario is seeking an experienced Energy Modeling Lead to join its Buildings Engineering team. This position can be based out of the London office, with flexibility for candidates located in the Kitchener‑Waterloo region.Position OverviewThis role is ideal for a senior building performance professional who enjoys balancing technical excellence with team leadership. The successful candidate will oversee a specialized energy modeling group responsible for building performance analysis, energy compliance studies, and sustainability‑focused consulting services across a range of institutional, commercial, and mixed‑use projects.In addition to hands‑on technical involvement, the role includes mentoring junior staff, coordinating project resources, and helping shape the continued growth of the firm’s energy and sustainability capabilities.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team focused on building energy analysis and performance modelingReview technical reports, simulations, and compliance documentation to ensure quality and accuracyCoordinate team workloads, project timelines, and resource planning across multiple assignmentsAssist with project financials, forecasting, budgeting,
