Job Title: ServiceNow Integration Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 Days WFO)

Duration: 06-12 Months

Hourly Pay Rate: 50 CAD

Job Description:

The Integration Specialist will design, build, and support integrations required for the Flexera to ServiceNow migration and ongoing ServiceNow ITAM/CMDB ecosystem. The role will focus on IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, import sets, transform maps, MID Server, ETL, authentication, error handling, and monitoring across Flexera and enterprise source systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered):

- Hands-on ServiceNow integration experience using IntegrationHub, REST API, SOAP API, scripted REST APIs, import sets, and transform maps.
- Experience with MID Server configuration, secure connectivity, scheduling, credentials, authentication, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of JSON, XML, JavaScript, Glide APIs, ETL concepts, and integration design patterns.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant skilled experience is mandatory.





Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required):
- Experience integrating Flexera with ServiceNow or migrating Flexera data into ServiceNow.
- Experience with SCCM, Client Intune, Jamf, Azure, AWS, or other discovery/endpoint/cloud data sources.
- Experience working in regulated environments with security, audit, and access control requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role):
- Design and implement integrations between Flexera, ServiceNow, and related enterprise systems supporting ITAM, SAM, HAM, and CMDB processes.
- Build and configure REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub spokes/actions, scripted REST APIs, import sets, and transform maps.
- Configure MID Server-based integrations and troubleshoot connectivity, authentication, scheduling, data load, and transformation issues.
