Job Title: Work Fusion and UiPath Admin Support

Job Description:

Provide administration, maintenance, and operational support for Work Fusion and UiPath RPA platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with Work Fusion and UiPath administration, upgrade management, and production support is required.
- Manage platform configuration, user access, bot deployment, scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Support incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization across automation environments.
- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure reliable production operations.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with EIS:



Production Engineering.
- Additional certifications in RPA tools.
- Experience in hybrid work environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Provide 24x7 production support on an as-needed basis, including participation in on-call rotations and critical incident management.
- Monitor and maintain RPA environments to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
