Bachelor0s or Master0s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related disciplineStrong experience in chemical process optimization and safety protocol developmentStrong experience analyzing process data and experimental resultsStrong experience evaluating equipment and designing effective process flowsFamiliarity with process simulation tools and digital modeling techniquesStrong understanding of environmental and regulatory compliance standardsStrong problem-solving skills and analytical mindsetExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment
