Title: Java Full stack Tech Lead

Job Description:

This position is a 12-month contract chance for a skilled Java Full Stack Tech Lead. The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both backend and frontend development, capable of leading a team and driving the delivery of high-quality enterprise portal applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 7 years of Java Full stack development experience
- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party service integration
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in leading Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning,



retrospectives)
- Expertise in CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices
- Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end solutions for enterprise portal applications
- Lead backend development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture
- Drive frontend development using Angular / React / Vue.js
- Collaborate with product owners, UX teams, and stakeholders to deliver features
- Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Ensure application reliability, monitoring, and performance tuning
