Duties

- Clean windows of various sizes using hand tools, squeegees, and power tools to achieve a spotless finish
- Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, scaffolding, or lifts safely before beginning cleaning tasks
- Use appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to remove dirt, grime, streaks, and other residues from glass surfaces
- Perform routine inspections of windows and surrounding areas to identify any damage or maintenance needs
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper procedures for working at heights and handling heavy equipment




- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist with general facilities maintenance tasks as needed, including custodial duties and minor repairs

Requirements

- Proven experience with cleaning tasks, custodial work, or facilities maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment required for window cleaning
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled deadlines
- Capable of heavy lifting, climbing ladders, or working at heights safely
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and safety protocols is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
