The Georgian Bay Club, located between Collingwood and Thornbury overlooking beautiful Georgian Bay, is widely known as one of golf’s most desirable and picturesque private clubs and was recognized as the Best Current Private Course in Canada in 2005.

We have a 14 month contract opening for Accounts Payable / Administration .

This contract position may lead to full-time permanent employment.

This position currently works five days per week April to October and four days per week November to March. You have proven experience in all aspects of accounts payable processing and/or may be enrolled in an accredited accounting program. Your proven general accounting knowledge and analytical and reconciliation skills allow you to solve problems with minimal direction. You question things and follow through to completion in everything you do.



You are the consummate team player in a small office environment with excellent written and interpersonal skills and have the willingness to do varying administrative tasks. You have excellent and proven skills with Word, Excel spreadsheets, POS systems, multi-terminal networks, and ideally JONAS accounting software.
