This position is responsible for direct customer service delivery to all customers, internal and external. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with the public, an independent worker but also team oriented. This is a part time position (8-18 hrs/week). We are open 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

- Answer telephone lines in a professional and timely manner, addressing customer inquiries or connecting them with the proper associate.
- Receiving payments from customers and completing daily cash reports and bank deposits.
- Respond to customer inquiries at the reception desk and offer solutions in a courteous and polite manner.
- Preparing paperwork for customer pickups and deliveries maintaining proper schedules and maintaining deadlines.
- Communicating with customers prior to deliveries and verifying their information
- Routing the deliveries using software provided.
- Working with other departments with the customers’ needs in mind.

- 2-3 years experience in a customer service role
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain organization
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient with computers, data entry and Microsoft office programs
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties:

- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Record and modify customer information within the database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and qualified manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Prepare paperwork for warehouse pickups/deliveries
- Other duties as requested

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
