Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs to ensure a positive experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor, including tidying shelves and ensuring products are well-presented
- Provide knowledgeable support about products, answering questions confidently and accurately
- Handle customer transactions efficiently at the checkout counter, including processing payments and issuing receipts
- Restock shelves regularly to keep products available and visually appealing
- Ensure the shop environment remains safe, clean,



and inviting by performing routine cleaning tasks
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting low supplies or discrepancies

Experience

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important
- Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures to maintain hygiene standards within the shop
- Willingness to learn about products and store operations to provide excellent support to customers
