Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and dependable Swampers to join our dynamic construction and heavy equipment team. As a Swamper, you will play a vital role in supporting skilled operators by assisting with equipment setup, safety procedures, and site logistics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the oil & gas, learning to run Combo Vac trucks and hydro vac , while working with a dedicated team committed to safety and excellence. Duties

- Assist heavy equipment operators with rigging, securing loads, and positioning machinery
- Help with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up work zones
- Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate movements and tasks in office
- Conduct routine safety checks on equipment and report any issues immediately
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards in oil & gas and construction projects




- Support logistical tasks such as moving materials, unloading supplies, and maintaining a clean work environment

Requirements

- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with heavy equipment operation
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in oil & gas or related industries is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
