Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, especially for technology-related items
- Provide knowledgeable support in merchandise merchandising and store displays to maximize sales appeal
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and receipts
- Upsell complementary products by understanding customer preferences and highlighting value-added options
- Maintain organized shelves, stock levels, and ensure products are well-presented at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy




- Manage time effectively to assist multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining high service standards

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
- Previous experience in retail sales, especially with technology products or electronics, is preferred
- Robust communication skills to explain product features clearly and confidently
- Demonstrated ability in merchandising, product demos, and upselling techniques
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to keep the sales floor tidy and stocked efficiently
- Customer service expertise with a friendly phone etiquette and proactive problem-solving approach
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours
- Technical sales experience is a plus for explaining complex product features with clarity
