SimplySmart Childcare and Montessori is hiring Casual/ Supply Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECE) to join our Mississauga and Brampton locations

We are seeking energetic and passionate educators who are committed to delivering high-quality, child-centered early learning in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate programs and daily activities
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom setting
- Work collaboratively with team members to support a strong classroom culture
- Communicate effectively with families regarding children’s progress and daily experiences
- Observe, document, and support children’s learning and development

Qualifications:

- Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in good standing (required)
- Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- Up to date immunizations




- Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth and development
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to engage children through intentional programming
- Montessori experience is considered an asset

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- Licensed Child Care: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RECE Licence (in good standing with the College of ECE) (required)
