Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and cooking, with a strong commitment to food safety and quality. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled items while ensuring that all meals are served promptly and to the highest standards.

Duties

- Prepare and cook food items on the grill according to menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.
- Assist in meal preparation by chopping, marinating, and seasoning ingredients as needed.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality of grilled items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.




- Handle food products safely, adhering to proper food handling procedures.
- Participate in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages.

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is a must.
- Familiarity with food service operations, including meal preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations within the food industry.
- Experience with grilling techniques and equipment is a plus.
