Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Assistant with International Medical Graduate

(IMG) credentials to support our physicians in delivering virtual care. This role is ideal for

candidates with strong clinical knowledge who are looking to work in a fast-paced, patient-

focused environment while gaining hands-on experience in a digital healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient intake, including medical history and symptom documentation

- Support physicians during virtual consultations

- Prepare clinical notes and assist with documentation in EMR systems

- Coordinate follow-ups, referrals, and requisitions

- Communicate with patients professionally and empathetically

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient records

- Assist with clinic operations and workflow optimization





Qualifications

- International Medical Graduate (IMG) required

- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Comfortable using EMR systems and digital tools

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

- Prior clinical or healthcare experience is an asset
