As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced cocktail bartender who is passionate about the craft and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The Role

We're seeking an experienced cocktail bartender to join our team.

This position is intended for bartenders with previous experience in a cocktail-focused environment. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working with classic cocktails, understands proper technique, and has a genuine passion for mixology.

If your bartending experience has primarily involved serving beer, wine, or simple mixed drinks, this position is likely not the right fit.

Responsibilities

- Prepare classic and contemporary cocktails with consistency and precision
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and engaging guest service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar throughout service
- Complete daily bar prep, batching,



garnishes, and opening/closing duties
- Assist with inventory, stock rotation, and maintaining bar standards
- Work collaboratively with both the bar and kitchen teams

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a cocktail-focused bar
- Strong mixology knowledge and cocktail technique are required
- Confident preparing classic cocktails from memory (Negroni, Old Fashioned, Daiquiri, Whiskey Sour, Martini, Manhattan, etc.)
- Understanding of proper shaking, stirring, dilution, balance, and presentation
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Evening and weekend availability required
