Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning and maintenance tasks in various commercial and industrial settings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically fit, and committed to delivering high standards of cleanliness to support the safety and efficiency of our clients’ facilities.

Duties

- Use heavy-duty cleaning equipment and supplies to clean floors, walls, ceilings, and surfaces in large or industrial spaces.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as stripping, waxing, and polishing floors to maintain their appearance and safety.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to health standards.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including minor repairs or reporting issues that require specialized attention.
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.




- Manage waste disposal efficiently while adhering to environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning schedules promptly and thoroughly.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, including the use of heavy-duty equipment and chemicals.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding cleaning tasks regularly.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting issues.
