DCL International Inc. is a well-established and quick-growing business, and we are looking for a Metal Chemical Coating Labourer for our night shift (10pm-6:30am)

Afternoon and night shifts available!

DCL designs manufactures and sells advanced engineering technologies worldwide to reduce emissions and to produce clean energy. DCL supplies to world-leading engine manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers, and aftermarket retrofit.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Apply chemical coatings to parts. Coating steel substrate parts with liquid alumina and blow off excess alumina on parts.
- Material handling, machine operation, measuring weights with precise scales and data entry.
- Load and unload parts from racks, skids, ovens, etc.
- Count inventory.
- Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Perform repetitive tasks.
- Organize and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area in a professional manner. Remove excess scrap.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- High School Diploma
- Must have metal chemical coating experience (required)
- 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good computer skills and familiarity with excel spreadsheets. Must have good numerical skills.
- Data entry & Measurement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, complete repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time




- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, organize deadlines and priorities
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and time-management skills
- Strong team player
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Forklift license an asset.
- Perform other duties as required.
