At TORMAR Shipping Agency, our Marine Agents are responsible for meeting all ship needs for arrival to departure from the ports. We are looking for an experienced maritime professional who is passionate about the industry and loves the flexible work arrangement.

You will be preparing estimates PDAs, ensuring communication updates to the ships, clients and your coworkers. Candidate would be coordinating all logistical requirements for the ship calls including visits to the ports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 2+ years experience in a relevant role

- Local experience in the maritime shipping industry is preferred

- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and basic French is an asset;

- High level time management, communication and organizational skills

- Ability to work outdoors and on different work shifts

- Adhere to and promote health and safety guidelines in the workplace
