Position: Medical Office Assistant
Start Date: Immediately

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our team immediately through May 2027.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Process referrals, forms, and medical correspondence
- Coordinate with physicians, healthcare providers, and other staff
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow office policies and procedures

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality
