Requirements:
Must hold a valid Mortgage License in Alberta (AB) and/or Saskatchewan (SK)

Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist clients with financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and any additional languages as needed.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to foster positive relationships and ensure satisfaction.




- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and enhance overall service delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and professionalism.

Skills

- Strong background in financial services is preferred.
- Proven customer service experience with the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
- Effective negotiation skills to facilitate client interactions successfully.
- Robust mathematical skills for handling financial calculations accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual accountability.
