Alpha Degree Inc. is a growing Canadian manufacturer and distributor of HVAC products and related accessories. As we continue expanding our manufacturing and distribution operations, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team.

Position Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficient manufacturing, quality control, handling standards & certificates, inventory management, warehousing, purchasing, logistics, and customer service. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.
- Plan production schedules and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and supplier relationships.
- Develop and improve operational procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards based on UL certifications, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
- Lead, train, and support warehouse and production staff.
- Coordinate with the Sales,



Purchasing, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor operational performance, prepare reports, and recommend process improvements.
- Support the implementation of new equipment, products, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, HVAC, building materials, or industrial distribution is considered an asset.

Pay: $52,076.83-$125,846.80 per year
