Versatile Training Solutions is a Private Occupational Training School dedicated to providing a variety of training, evaluation and other safety services to Emergency Services, Municipal Works Departments, Utility Companies, Construction and Transportation Industries as well as individuals seeking training.

We are currently seeking dynamic individual(s) to join our team.
Operating from our base location in Sussex and providing training to clients throughout Recent Brunswick.

Position(s): Instructor(s)
Commercial Vehicle Driver Training (in truck and classroom)

The successful individual would be responsible for delivery of all aspects of training (in truck, classroom, yard) as well as performing driver evaluations and training on location at clients facilities.

And/or
Heavy Equipment/Construction

The successful individual would be responsible for delivery of all aspects of training (on equipment, classroom, worksite) as well as performing operator evaluations and training on location at clients facilities

Requirements:

Class 1 License,
Clean Abstract,
Clean Criminal Record
Minimum 5 years verifiable experience




Must be able to meet instructor qualifications of NB Dept. of Public Safety and Post Secondary Education, Training and Labour
Must be willing to work flexible hours
Positive outlook
Valuable Communication Skills,
Good Customer Service/Relations Skills
Conflict Resolution???
Perform minor maintenance and repairs
Reading and writing skills
Basic Computer Skills
Capable of working independently and as part of a team

Assets:

Previous instructing experience
Mechanically inclined
Problem solving
Background in any or a combination of transportation, construction, forestry industries, municipal operations and fire apparatus.
Familiar with various government regulations
