YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Oversee a team of four, including two pickers and two drivers.
- Generate and oversee required paperwork.
- Utilize the ERP system to support daily operations.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse.
- Coordinate shipments and schedule orders.
- Load trucks and operate a forklift.
- Coordinate with Production and Customer Service Representatives.




- Provide customer service to customers.
- Organize daily activities and plan workflow.
- Locate raw materials as required.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.
- Enter and maintain data accurately.
- Run reports as required.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 5+ years of experience in shipping and receiving.
- Leadership experience.
- Experience working in high-volume manufacturing.
- Previous experience using an ERP system.
- Experience using planning software.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep the shop organized and in order.
- Willingness to work hands-on alongside the team, including supporting shipping and receiving activities.
- Experience in custom manufacturing is considered an asset but is not required.
