Dispatcher – Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in coordinating transportation logistics and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have experience with transportation management systems and the ability to analyze supply chain data to support operational efficiency.

Available Shifts

- Sunday–Thursday: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Monday-Friday : 10pm -6:00AM

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule transportation activities to ensure on-time delivery of shipments.
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems to manage, monitor, and track shipments.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and vendors via phone and other communication tools to provide updates and resolve issues.
- Perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date and compliant records across all systems.
- Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to improve processes and enhance service performance.
- Monitor shipment progress, identify potential delays,



and implement timely corrective actions.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics role preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage supply chain data.
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear interaction with internal teams and external partners.
- High proficiency in data entry with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of 3PL operations.
