Construction Labour Foreman — Whitby, ON

Location: Whitby, Ontario
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $22–$25/hour
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Labour Foreman to join our team in Whitby, ON.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily construction labour activities
- Lead and direct a small team of labourers
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Assist with general construction and labour duties as required
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate with supervisors and crew members regarding daily tasks
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements

Requirements

- Previous construction or labour experience required
- Foreman or crew-lead experience is an asset
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must have a robust commitment to workplace safety

Required PPE

Candidates must have their own:

- Steel-toed safety shoes
- Hard hat
- High-visibility safety vest
