Fencing Labourer / Supervisor

Summit Fencing is looking for a hardworking and motivated Fencing Labourer / Supervisor to join our team. We’re looking for individuals at different experience levels, from labourers looking to learn the trade to experienced supervisors capable of leading a crew.

Responsibilities

- Assist with or lead residential and commercial fence installations
- Prepare sites, measure, mark, and install posts, panels, and gates
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Mix and pour concrete for fence posts
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Supervisors: Lead crews, coordinate daily work, communicate with customers, and ensure quality and timelines are maintained

Qualifications

- Fencing or construction experience is an asset
- Experience leading a crew is an asset for supervisor applicants




- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically capable of lifting materials and working outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Equipment operating experience and a valid driver’s licence are assets
