Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the role of Prepress and Bindery Work. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the production process of printed materials, ensuring high-quality output through precise prepress preparation and efficient bindery operations. Responsibilities
- Prepare digital files for printing by checking for errors, color accuracy, and proper formatting using specialized software.
- Operate and maintain bindery equipment such as cutters, trimmers, folders, and binding machines to assemble finished products efficiently.
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
- Manage material handling tasks including loading raw materials into machinery and organizing finished goods for packaging or shipment.
- Use forklifts and other mechanical tools safely to move heavy materials within the warehouse or production area.
- Support manufacturing processes by troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing routine maintenance on equipment.
- Assist with packaging finished products securely for delivery or storage, ensuring all items meet quality standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, or print production is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery problems.
- Familiarity with forklift operation and certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of packaging procedures and safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience with machining or related technical skills will be advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Physical capability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and operate machinery safely.

Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
