As an apprentice at CMSL, your prime responsibility is to learn and develop your skills and work habits, and to represent Connelly Mechanical Systems professionally on the jobsite. Responsibilities also include:
- be at assigned site on time with positive attitude
- be prepared to do all work assigned by Site Foreman or Journeyman
- be willing to learn from Site Foreman or Journeyman
- take initiative; ask questions
- be co-operative with other trades
- have all hand tools required to perform assigned duties.
- understand and practice secure work habits and report any unsafe conditions
- willing to work overtime to complete critical tasks
